"I purchased a Jet 10 hand tossed pizza while me and friends were watching the Lions playing Broncos yesterday 12/16 the crust was burnt so I called the location the next morning also sending pictures of the burnt pizza only wanting them to replace me another pizza I was told I should’ve call them last night! Be very careful ordering from Jets. I was told to call corporate a lot for a poorly made pizza! Smh!"

"We ordered a jet 10. It looks like they cooked a pepperoni pizza then put the rest of the toppings on raw. The peppers and mushrooms were not cooked. Worst pizza I have ever had from jets. Will never order from there again."

"Doesn't matter if I place the order online or call it in, there's always a problem at this particular location. The guy on the phone had to start my order over 3 times and still got it wrong! I ordered a large deep dish popcorn chicken BBQ pizza, that is not what I got! Also antipasto salad and wings which I had to check the number of them. On 2 different occasions they gave me less than 8 and they thought it was okay! This time was actually right. It was almost game time and I had no time to deal with that mess, so I get the pizza home and dig in. The crust has some Cajun seasoning on it that my wife cannot eat! I didn't ask for any type of Cajun anything!!! Looks like I need to stop ordering from this location all together. Literally too many cooks in the kitchen for this ridiculoussness. I'll drive a few extra miles to go to Ferndale next time."
