"This Jimmy Johns Is a favorite of Mine, and I order at least Once A week. Normally the sandwiches are made very Fast and are always delicious! The past few Times I’ve been, I always Mobile Order, and my order has been Messed up these past couple Times. I’ve Received an Xtra Mayo Sandwich, with Hardly any on it at all! The second time, the bread was Hard as a Rock. For how expensive the Sandwiches are and The normal amazing service, it’s been going down Hill."

"This places service is ABSOLUTELY abhorrent. My friend filed a complaint against an employee for racist behavior, and the manager that took the complaint gave that employee their contact information. This is very upsetting, and if these two aren't fired soon, you will never see me step foot in another Jimmy John's location."
