"I went here for a wash & blow dry and also a cut and color! All i asked was for a head of blonde highlights and chunky blonde roots! It took the girl 3 rounds of bleaching just ONE 3 inch section on the front of my head because it was orange (from whatever she did)! Then By the 3rd time I looked like jack frost! After it still not being what I asked for she tried correcting it with lowlights and now i’m just copper in some sections i the front! I understand it is an academy but my stylist is supposed to be finished with school in July! Still was charged full price I will not be returning and do not recommend! Edit: just realized she overcharged me over $15! (THE LAST PIC IS A BEFORE) Brooke was great and ended up handling this!"
