Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I think this location needs stronger oversight. Last order, I was charged for an item I didn’t receive, had to wait a ton of time for them to exchange the pop machine out bc it was running clear during another visit. Then today my chicken was COLD…. I don’t mean room temperature, it was chilly to the touch. So this is the third time in a row there were challenges. It seems to be a lot of turnover as I’m there frequently and always seeing new members. The members are nice, but they need stronger direction and support to ensure this location becomes more efficient."

"Clean but they NEVER EVER EVER have the simple things. No dressing for salad, no veggies. The response from them... do you have someone who can work here? Come on. have them come in earlier to make food. Lazy typical Detroiters. Do better. My lettuce at 11:00am was BROWN. Gross, last night much? Have what is ON YOUR MENU."

"This is quite literally my favourite Chipotle!!! Their rice is cooked to perfection, not overdone. Their Pico and guacamole is always fresh, and so is the produce. Great value and generous portions."

"Continued to be disappointed by Chipotle in Michigan. Arrived at the restaurant this evening and was told that I can only order via the online app. Glad we asked how long the wait was, because we would have been there a minimum of 30 minutes, after all the others who had placed orders and were waiting to receive their food still. No explanation was offered but looked like they just didn’t have enough food prepared. The lack of preparation and disregard for customer service is honestly shocking, since I love Chipotle and have always been impressed with the quality of food and staff."

"I ordered online for a pick up. I wanted a half chicken and steak bowl with double protein, white rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and guacamole. The lettuce, sour cream and guacamole were missing & clearly this is not double protein!!! They need to do better!"
