"Was trying to order online and was having issues so I searched my address and this store popped up so I called , the guy on the phone seemed like I was bothering him and he told me he couldn’t find my address and I explained to him the website said you do deliver here but I’d call another location . First ever contact with them and it will not happen again . The guy on the phone was just generally unpleasant to talk to ."
"A Not-So-Happy Experience at Happy's Pizza I recently decided to give Happy's Pizza a try, drawn in by the promise of happiness in every slice. Sadly, my experience left me anything but happy. From the moment I walked in, my expectations were met with a series of underwhelming choices. The pizza, touted as the centerpiece of happiness, was far from the elation I was hoping for. The crust lacked that satisfying crunch, leaving me wondering if it had been baked to its full potential. The toppings, while plentiful, seemed to be an assortment chosen without much thought. The lack of flavor cohesion left me wondering if they were just randomly placed on the dough. As I took my first bite, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disappointment. The cheese didn't ooze in that irresistible way, and the sauce was rather bland, failing to inspire the taste bud symphony I was anticipating. With every subsequent bite, the advertised happiness felt further and further away. The ambiance of the place did little to uplift my spirits. The interior felt worn, and the lighting was dim, casting a shadow over the already lackluster meal. The service, while polite, didn't quite succeed in erasing the nagging feeling that I had fallen for a marketing gimmick. In the end, Happy's Pizza delivered a pizza that failed to deliver on its promise. It left me pondering the irony of its name, as my taste buds certainly weren't dancing with joy. It's clear that happiness cannot be simply baked into a pizza, and this experience serves as a reminder that true satisfaction comes from more than just a catchy name. So, if you're searching for a pizza that truly lives up to its claims of happiness, I would suggest looking elsewhere. While Happy's Pizza might have a clever marketing strategy, its lackluster flavors and underwhelming experience are far from a joyous occasion."
"Recently ate here after an extended power outage (and I know for a fact they were affected and lost power), and all 4 family members experienced many #2 trips to the bathroom a few hours after eating. Im guessing they were greedy and didn’t want to either generate power for their refrigerators or throw away affected food, because it is way to coincidental that a couple items affected my family and I this way when it never has in the past. Also, when I ordered battered mushrooms online, they called me later to tell me they were out of stock and wouldn’t refund it directly so I was forced into getting their horrible macaroni and cheese. Lately this place has seemed to go completely downhill….. I never see the same workers or even management….. always new faces every time and nobody is nice or pleasant… I always get the feeling they are too busy for any one person business to care that much. Anyways, this is how I feel and all information above is true, I’ve given this place a lot of my money in the past out of sheer proximity/convenience to my home, but I will not be ordering from here anymore."
"Just had the most pathetic excuse of a Philly Cheesesteak I've ever had. One 3mm strip of precooked frozen steak on a $12 sub. Barely any veggies. The sub was dry and flavorless. Thank God the bread was decent because that's all that I could taste. Not surprising since it made up 90% of the sub. Last time I ordered from there I paid $12 for a few chicken tenders that were all bite sized. Used to come here once a week but I'm just about done with them at this point. Don't even get me started on the sliders that cost twice as much as they're worth. If you spend less than $20 here you're going to leave hungry."
"Asked on phone for tarter sauce, did pick up, man infront of me complain about fish dinner, boy with long hair couldn't help me unless on register that customer b4 me was done complaining at, then finally brown haired girl able to help me, rang me up almost 40$ & I asked if tarter sauce was in bag, reassured it was got home to telegraph & plymouth... NO TARTER SAUCE! CALLED & TOLD IT Was my choice to drive to Ann arbor & plymouth or not not credit no nothing!! No wonder guy infront of me was upset! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO MORE! CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT EVEN WHILE TRYING TO HELP THESE PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOBS! CANT Wait till robots take over your jobs at least they will double check an order!!"
