"Really bad customer service, girl working the desk had really low IQ and did not understand what “no dairy” or vegan means even after repeating it three times. The order came with dairy in it. I politely explained and asked for a redo and the lady did not understand. I asked the kitchen staff directly and this time they put meat and cheese in it. I don’t know if they are that dumb or do it on purpose to get a kick. Worst Taco Bell I’ve seen, every other one has got my orders right. Avoid this place"

"Worst service ever. A girl named sapphire was extremely rude incompetent and sadly not smart at all. Had no clue what was happening. Taco Bell management needs to have a talk and resolve this issue. No excuse for how rudely I was treated. I will Confidently say she deserves to be fired."
