"If I could give spectrum a rating of zero, I would. I went into the ER, decided to not get anything done due to issue with auto insurance? for what reason? Why do am I paying for health insurance just for the hospital to report it to my car insurance. Upon deciding to pass on any additional tests, I was flagged as potential harm to myself and or others and was held LONGER at the ER. Ended up getting billed 623 from spectrum AND an additional 623 fr4om ECS Western Michigan PC. For a service down at one place, billing is poorly executed, nothing is explained properly when asked. Staff (registration) is not knowledge on how billing and finance are done and gave misleading information. Why in the hell, am I being charged twice? Especially when majority of the bill is for the time spent in the room, and was held against my will."

"Canceling a 20 week ob appointment less then 1 hour before. Very unprofessional."

"Incredibly unhelpful, and they take forever to schedule appointments. When you do finally get in, unwilling to provide aid. If you require surgery, consider Orthopedic associates. If you don't meet Spectrum's surgical pre-requisites, they essentially just tell you that you have to live with whatever pain you are enduring, no matter how bad."
