"We frequent this establishment often. Tonight was one of the worst experiences ever: I had ordered a large steak and cheese plain and when I got home our sub had everything on it. We understand things happen, so when I get back to the speaker waited for a few minutes before anyone came to the speaker. I explained what had happened and he said come to the window. Never once was I told sorry for the inconvenience and to top it all off the sandwich was made with hardly any meat. As if it was our fault. To top it off, the worker just handed me the sandwich not ever apologizing and closed the window. It’s very upsetting as you guys aren’t cheap and I felt very cheated. I know for a fact you guys shorted our meat on purpose and that’s not ok! Last time we ate from you guys I was charged for 2 ranches and wasn’t given them. The past two times now have left a really sour taste & I think we will start going to the Dearborn location."

"The food is always good but they have the best drive through guy employee, he has been there the last two times I’ve gone he super friendly very detailed in your order. More fast food places need employees like him! Not sure what his name was but looks like maybe high schooler with reddish curly hair."

"We went inside to pick up subs for 6 people. We bought 3 footlong subs. We asked for the Tubby sauce on the side so they wouldn't get soggy. They would only give us 3 tiny little prepackaged cups of sauce. I asked if we had bought 3 six inch subs how many they would have given us..he said the same 3 little cups. A bottle of tubby sauce was over 7 dollars. We ended having to purchase extra little cups of sauce so everyone would have enough at 50 cents a cup. We asked for napkins and when we got to the party found that he had put in 2 napkins. How stinghy and cheap can you get. We will never go back."
