"I just Went up there this morning to get some food for my children. Before school, the lady who took my order was completely rude was rushing me through my order. Giving me an attitude once I got to the window. She gave me my drink. I said thank you so much. She just slams the door Super fast, I call up there talk to the manager to tell them that the girl was very rude and should see if shes having a mad day if so she should take a break because, she might run into someone who isn't so nice ans understanding and then the girl who answered was very rude as well. And hung up on me. Honestly out of all fast food places ive gone to i have not ran into a rude employee ever. Surprisingly! Very unprofessional."
"Everytime I come here there never open or taking orders. And they be standing right there in the inside. I come at 3p on a Saturday there not taking anymore orders. I come at 11:30a on a Thursday there not taking orders. I come at 5:30p on a Monday there not taking orders. Y’all need to just close!!!!!"
"Every time I order a coffee with sugar and cream I never get any sugar. I have tried to order the avocado Toast but every damn time it is never toasted. Always comes out like in the photos. This has got to be the worst tim Hortons around."
"Donuts are fine but the operation is poor. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with your app and the location, but the only two times I’ve used it there has been issues. 1) the store said the order never came through. 2) only half the order was showing in their system. Also, my donuts were put bags."
