"I normally don't complain about slow service, but my wife placed a $50 order over 2 hours ago online to be delivered to Waterford, and we have no ETA on our food. We can't get ahold of the delivery service, and we called Buddy's and we're on hold until they hung up on us. Please cancel and refund this order."
"Honestly, it's the worst pizza in the area. It was edible, but that's about it. 2 stars to be generous. Maybe it was a one-off, but I can't remember the last time I've had a bad pie. The pizza was so greasy it soaked through the box onto my counter, dough was thin and sour tasting, edges that touched pan were burnt but still didn't overpower the oil which tasted like dirty fryer oil. The owner looks like he cares about his store and has reached out to some other negative reviews, but you have to make a better product. I understand its hard to find people who take pride in their work, and maybe this was that, but you have to ensure quality control. Professionalism isn't going to bring people back into the store. Best of luck."
"I'll give the service a 1and atmosphere a 2 since i ordered delivery... But the staff and/or owner are ultimately responsible for the quality... I was impressed by the photos I'd see on ads and pamphlets. Ultimately though, this location at least... Is not good the bite into the dough, now bread is heavy and feels harder than any other pizza I've had to get through, almost as if it was stale, and reheated. The cheese sticks were mediocre, and I'd like to forget about them asap. I honestly mean this when I say, I could have save 35ish dollars by going to little Caesars up the road, and actually have enjoyed my pizza etc... I'm kind of ashamed I spent so much money on such a below average pie. Will not be buying from this branch again..."
"Nice to see a Buddy's Detroit style deep dish in the area. Can't go wrong with a 4 square and an individual size antipasto salad to have a quick and easy dinner for two. The individual size salad is more than enough for a couple of adults to go with a 4 square pizza. Just wish they would bring the chicken tenders to this takeout location, it is an appetizer we order all the time at the other sit down locations."
"This is definitely not the standard Buddys Pizza. Both times I've tried this location it's been awful. For some reason they can't produce a thick crust pizza as seen in the pictures. The deep dish looks more like a modified thin crust that has a weird sour taste of expired dough."
