"I wish I would have taken a picture of the food. I don't know if they hadn't changed the oil recently, or if the oil wasn't hot enough, but the fries were grease soaked and limp, along with the fish and the "chicken tenders". I put that last part in quotations because they were darn near full breasts. You could taste the beer in the batter, which you're not supposed to. The service was take out, I had already applied the tip online, and to be honest I don't know why I tipped. She wasn't overly pleasant. I don't know if the service or food would have been better if we had dined in, but I don't think that should matter. Lesson learned, not going back again."
"Stopped for the fish and chips after seeing a vote of best. The fried fish/cod was very good. Not greasy. The Irish Tavern was out of French Fries however offerred alternatives. The homemade chips were crunchy and tasty. Varied drink and food menus. There are plenty of parking spaces. Restroom available/handicap accessible. Located 4703 Elizabeth Lake Rd. in Waterford Twp., Michigan."
"7/2023 Great prices on the drinks! No idea how the karaoke dude hasn’t lost his hearing already. 4/2023 Staff are always super friendly. Saturday karaoke nights (starts at 9pm till close, submit your requested song online) are a blast and frequently full."
"We got a Boxty, the Shepards Pie, the pretzel sticks with beer cheese, and the spinach and artichoke dip with Chips. The Boxty and the pretzels were the better choices. Unfortunately everything was just okay. The chips for the dip were to salty and the shepards pie had an overwhelming seasoning flavor that I believe was rosemary but I'm not sure. We will probably try 1 more time to see if maybe it was just a meal choice issue."
