"We dined on Valentine's Day and the service was excellent though our booking was for 9.30 pm. We reached at 9.00 and we were able to get seated soon. The food (though the choices were limited that day) was excellent. There was live music on and we were surprised that the guy playing the violin suddenly played an Indian movie song! This was on request by one of the other customers. We were pleasantly surprised as the song was very apt for the occasion and he played it extremely well. The other surprise was, there was a photographer who took our picture and gave us a print as complementary, from the restaurant. This made the evening more memorable. Will definitely recommend this place and will visit again on a regular day!"

"Niko was the best ever. He was extremely kind and made this restaurant 10 times more enjoyable. We want him as our waiter every single time and are already requesting him for our next visit. The food was spectacular but Niko made the experience outstanding. He truly had the best service I’ve seen in a long time. He even specialized my birthday dessert by writing by name and everything. He was the absolute best."

"Was not impressed but not too disappointed. My husband and I spent Valentines dinner here, heard great reviews about this place and wanted to try. Was placed in the fire place room with the live music in the corner. The live music was very nice and enjoyed their song choices. He got the Rigatoni Bolognese and me the Brick Chicken. Was disappointed on the lack of 'flair' presentation and the taste of both dishes were sub-par. For a well-reputable and supposedly self-proclaimed high end restaurant, the only things I truly enjoyed were the live music, rose flower + candle and free valet parking. Waiter was not as attentive as I would have liked a waiter at a place like this to be. Waters were left unfilled for quite some time, would be nice to have them topped off (without having to say anything) and not sitting empty for 10 minutes. The waiter was alright, checked in after our food was delivered. I would have liked to see more personable service than just another waiter/ess. Overall, I would come back one more time just to try it out, but in my opinion, there are other favorable Italian joints that him and I enjoyed far more recently in terms of value, service and atmosphere."

Edward made sure we were always taken care of and comfortable. He provided excellent service. We will definitely be coming again and recommending to friends and family!"

"Loved this place! Beautiful ambiance and decor. Fantastic food and service. I booked the place out for my birthday a month in advance for a party of 10. They were able to accommodate us and was very nice and helpful with setting up the birthday cake and sparkler candle I took with me. No extra charge for cake cutting and serving which is a blessing. They even took the cake inside to cut it to pieces and serve everyone. The servers and helpers were very well mannered and attended to all our needs. I honestly am very happy we were all able to dine in here in the beautiful atmosphere they have created. There was even a live musician with a guitar who came by our table and sang the birthday song and another nice song for us. Definitely that added to our experience as well."
