I traveled from Chicago to meet up with a friend, and they suggested this gem of a place. Also, you've got to save some room for the Jouzi Halwa – it's a game-changer for dessert lovers. The atmosphere in the restaurant was just top-notch, super inviting. And shoutout to Mr. Hamza Bhai for making the experience extra special. Definitely going back there!"

"I live in Farmington Hills, and drive around looking for new places to eat all the time in Novi and Northville. I was happy to find Deccan Bawarchi tucked away in a corner plaza I go to often. Surprisingly, I had never seen it before. I am very glad I had a chance to sample their cooking. It was not busy when we went in, so seating was immediate. I love Indian food, so I looked for something different to try. I had the tandoori mixed grill, medium spiced. It was warmer than I was expecting, but very flavorful! I don't normally like chicken thighs but ate everything because it was so good. The other dish was chicken 65 biryani. It was lightly spice, but again very flavorful. I ate the rice with the tandoori. The atmosphere was a bit bright but I wasn't looking for ambiance. The music in the background was noticable but not so loud that we couldn't talk. Overall, it's definitely worth the trip considering the serving was large and the meal was memorable. I can't wait to return to try their lunch buffet."
