"Definitely did not disappoint. Our server and food runner was very attentive and knowledgeable! Our server made it clear the flavored lemonades were not free refills! Our glasses never went empty and everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back! It was a little weird as we watched other staff members hangout by the games in the bar and drink. I’m not sure if they had just got done with their shift but by the end of our meal there was 6 of them being a bit obnoxious. Next time I’ll ask if I can be seated elsewhere, as sitting in the bar was just simply not for us."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I just got escorted out with my friend by the manager James Matthew and he called the police because he didn’t like the fact he was called out because we didn’t know the rules of Buffalo Wild Wings. Tried to sit at the bar, it was full so we sat at a table not knowing it wasn’t included in the bar “area”. James comes over and asks if we sat ourselves? The answer was yes. He responded how we can’t seat ourselves. We try to explain to him that we didn’t know that wasn’t a part of the bar. (Been to different Buffalo Wild Wings, tables are part of the bar) he says we should’ve just stayed at the front desk (though we just wanted to sit at the bar so wasn’t expecting to be seated) he suggested another area. We see it, completely empty and secluded. We decided we were just gonna leave and my friend tries to explain to JAMES he didn’t like the way he spoke to him. James then proceeded to tell us to get out while I’m actively trying to put on my jacket. My friend takes a picture of his name tag. Then tensions escalate to the point where James is walking us to the door. Then threatening to call the police. Another employee comes out. Says how misery loves company but didn’t hear the initial interaction, how James threatened to be physical on the way out, and considering we aren’t EMPLOYEES don’t know how we “did the wrong thing” would highly suggest going somewhere else. Especially if your black and white. And going together. Felt racist. And completely unnecessary. ***UPDATE, just arrived at a DIFFERENT Buffalo Wild Wings. The bar was full. We went up to a MANAGER and stated how the bar was full and if we should go “wait to be seated up front”. The response was VERBATIM “you can sit wherever you want” because again, we are in the BAR AREA… I think JAMES MATTHEWS makes his own rules. HOW DO YOU LIKE HOW JAMES IS REPRESENTING YOUR LOCATION?*****"

"Walked in and it smelled really weird. This is my bill for my food. When I check my bank statement there was a tip added to my bill. Won't be back. Update: Just talk to Mike at the store. It was just a small mistake with my ticket. He was so nice about it. Thanks again, Mike. Happy holidays!!!"

"Always very consistent. We’ve adventured with the All American Burger and were very satisfied with the results. The chicken sandwich with Mayo and pickles is a very nice crisp treat. The fries with seasoning is always a great selection. We usually go a lunch time in the weekend and the staff is always polite and friendly. Of coarse you are surrounded by tv’s so at that time you can catch up on sports or watch the golf tournament."

"Probably the worst experience ive had at a Bdubs I feel bad for the poor server he was working alone on like 10+ tables so I can understand the unbelievably slow service. We were there for about 3 hours start to finish and did not get our entrees till about 2.5 hours in. Our orders were all pretty simple and quick to make so I can only assume the kitchen was super short staffed too. The thing that is unacceptable is the quality of the food we finally got, usually after waiting that long the food tastes good no matter what. But this stuff was slapped together and embarrassing. It was so obviously bad that our server said he already placed an order to replace our food as he was handing it to us. Which was a very nice thought but obviously that did not happen any time soon so one person in our group just had to wait. I would absolutely not recommend visiting this location and I would hope they could do something to retain their staff so others dont have this experience. Jeremy did a great job helping us."
