"Really disappointed with my experience last night. Walked in 5 minutes late for my order and still sat there waiting for 10 minutes. If I’d known I’d be watching them make my food, I would have just ordered when I got there. I watched multiple people walk in, order, and walk out with their food in the time that I was waiting for my order. All of this just to get home, open our bowls, and see that they had skimped on every ingredient in both when we paid for extras! $30 for 2 half-full bowls. Won’t be back for awhile."

"Store is dirty, workers are lazy. Dine in and carry out experiences both equally bad. The meat is disgusting and who wants a quesadilla or bowl with no meat...yuck. You're better off going to the Canton Qdoba. Also, I forgot to mention that because my carry out order was messed up so bad they offered a few free meals which was nice...except they didn't give us much time and they were taken out of the 'credits' in my account. Will not ever be back."

"Please stay away. I made the unfortunate decision to stop and grab some food on my way home from work. The food was okay. Not going to lie. But the restaurant was disgusting and the guy who made my food also took my money and never changed gloves. And I watched him do it to two customers in front of me, and two customers after me. I kept my receipt to call the owners but never did. But it seems I'm not the only one to experience such horrible service at a NEW restaurant. Shame on you, chipotle..."

"I am here, leaving a one star review in hopes that negative stars was an option. I was approached today at chipotle by two male workers who offered to make my food. i was very uncomfortable when one of them passed my bowl to the other and proceeded to spank him while saying “treat him right” referring to me. i’m all for homosexuality but with gloves on while making my food is completely disgusting and make me want to drown myself in a pool of fire ants. not to mention the fact that the store is incredibly gross and very badly taken care of."

"Update: Changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to lack of cleanliness. We hoped for a positive change, but upon arrival on 10/7 between 4:30-5, we found all but 1 table to be unoccupied, but littered with crumbs and / or empty beverage containers. At the serving station, food particles were across the surface in many areas. The beverage areas allso had food particles throughout. The trash in the dining room was overflowing. There was no soap in the men's bathroom. There was not a crowd of customers during this time. My friend ordered a burrito and said it was full and tasty. They were stocked with the ingredients he wanted. (The below review was from several months ago) We came to this location because the Canton location is always out of ingredients. We arrived at 6:45pm. They close at 10pm. For starters, they were out of the veggies and would not have any for the rest of the night. We didn't ask any more questions of what they had or didn't. We both wanted the veggies they advertise. We were tired of getting told the same thing from Canton, yet here we go again. The staff was pleasant and what they did have behind the glass appeared fresh, therefore, I am giving 2 stars and not 1."
