East Ocean Restaurant

"I have to say i was impressed with East Ocean during our visit a couple of days ago. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. We have generally gone to another Chinese restaurant closer to our home, but this is only a few minutes further and will become our new place. The spring rolls there are hand made to order and are very fresh and crispy, I asked for a recommendation on two dishes I was considering and our waitress recommended a completely different dish and said that the one she recommends would have more spice and more flavor, she wasn't wrong it was terrific. They also have a number of house made items like kimchi there as well, overall i would say we really enjoyed our food and staff, and found that they prepared items fresh, not from frozen like other restaurants we have been to, I am looking forward to returning and trying something new from their large menu."

"We were shopping in the area and decided to stop here for lunch… and we’re so glad we did! Food was delish- the best almond boneless chicken, great egg rolls and wonton soup, a surprising General Tso’s lo mein, and excellent fried wontons. Service was friendly and efficient. We’ve found a new favorite restaurant!"

"Haven’t bought Chinese food in a long time because I was constantly disappointed. Husband was craving Chinese food and decided to check this place out…. WOW! Thoroughly impressed! Who I believe to be the owner took my order nicely and it was ready within 10 minutes. We were late picking it up and had a 20 minute drive home and it was still piping hot! I ordered wonton soup & crab Maco. SO GOOD!!! Owner was very polite and I wish I gave a better tip! Will definitely be returning, thank you!!!!"

"We discovered this Chinese joint when looking at places to cater in our non traditional Christmas family dinner for 2022. Never eating here before, it was definitely a long shot but lemme tell you, we've been back a few times already and it's consistent delicious. The food is great. All of the chicken has been nice and crispy. The breading is a little thick but I think that's usually the case with carry out Chinese food. The Thai dishes are great too. Drunken noodle is delicious and perfectly spicy as is. The honey chicken is extremely tasty and a nice change from the typical sweet and sour. So far the timing from call in to food being ready has been on point at 20 minutes or less. Buy the almond cookies on the counter!! They are delicious. Perfectly sweet, buttery goodness to finish off dinner and a nice change up from the traditional fortune cookie finish. Definitely try this place out if you're looking for delicious Chinese or Thai food. I don't think it'll be your last time ordering from East Ocean."
