"Your receptionist "bonita" or "jaunita" or whatever, is a very rude individual and should as a last resort be answering phones! Her communication skills are lacking and unprofessional. She sounds like she's drunk or on medication. I'd rather talk to a scammer from Pakistan than ever have to talk to her again!! Arguing and Disrespect are not the traits of a skilled medical care professional."

"Everything started well with Dr. Barker but then her demeanor suddenly changed. She seemed disinterested in my care and any questions I had. She also didn't know how to bring up lab work and images to share with me. I filled out a survey sent to me from Munson Health as honestly as possible and then Dr. Barker and staff became even more curt and dismissive with me which I believe is due to the survey I filled out. This is very unprofessional behavior from a medical center and a doctor who should uphold an oath to help people."
