"They were busy,but I started my order, and before I was done, my food was pushed to the pay counter, I said I'm not done with my order, the girl rolled her eyes and proceeded to finish my order then pushed everything to the pay counter again, I said still waiting in the last part of my order which she never asked what I wanted on it. I said I k ow you guys are busy, but I have been shuffled between 2 people now while I'm trying to place my order. Then what may be a manager proceeded to say yes we are busy would you like to jump behind the counter and help, I was baffled at his response. I said no, I don't."

"This place is SO DIRTY, it needs to be reported to the health department. The dinning area looks as though it hasn’t been wiped down or mopped in a week and the soda area was all sticky. The food counter was a HOT MESS, dirty containers, crumbs from one container going into another, utensils that needed a good washing, the glass shield filthy and dead bugs. The cashier handling cash and then sticking hand in chip bin to fill up bag with no gloves or washing hands. And on top the people working act completely inconvenienced by taking orders."

"Just got served the worst burrito I’ve ever had from this sloppy establishment. Nobody seems to give a damn at this store. Burrito maker seemed like she was about to quit right on the spot. This place used to be 5 stars. Now I’d give it a half star if I could."

"Overall food and service are good, but the employees need to learn how to cut the cilantro properly. This came as a topping on my burrito bowl."

"My only issue is the tiny piece of tin foil over the burrito that breaks then you cannot even cover the huge (and delicious) burrito back up to save for later because you couldn't wait to eat before you got home.....this is totally not anecdotal at all..... picture unrelated"
