"The staff from the moment we walked in the door were wonderful and friendly- front desk, registration to the surgery staff - nurses and anesthesia.... all were amazing! The hospital is very clean and up-to-date."

"Went here for a sleep study. I suppose the entire experience is like getting a root canal or a brake overhaul... needed, but not a fun time. BYO pillow. An eye mask would be helpful as there are bright lights in the room. Once you get hooked up to the bed equipment, you can't grab your water bottle or lip balm. Afterwards, scrub your hair thoroughly -- I missed a spot of the sticky glue. Nearest Starbucks is at the Hudsonville Meijers. I've stayed in lots of places. Give me a canvas camping tent and some reenactor pards. 5/10 would not recommend"

"Never had a problem when it was spectrum but Corewell is a different story. I was making monthly payments on my daughter’s ER bill ranging from $25-$90 each month but that wasn’t good enough for Corewell and sent the remainder of my bill to collections. I will not be taking my daughter or son here again. Holland hospital does a better job working with me to pay a hospital bill."

"Ever since Corewell took over the emergency department sucks. Treat them and street them must be their motto. Doctor wouldn't listen to a word we said, did one blood test then when we tried to advocate for my husband's health the doctor started raising his voice and called security. Not one of us was yelling. So lesson learned don't go to Zeeland ER and don't advocate for yourself. Nurses were amazing though. Bring back Spectrum health."

"My wife gave birth to our little boy here and they treated all of us with respect and kindness! When I came to the ER for stitches the nurses were very patient and got me in ASAP."
