"The sandwhich was okay, but it really lacked the oregano seasoning, and they didn't put my mayo packets in the bag, like I asked. Also, the drive thru is very tight, and the person at the speaker would not listen to me, I had to repeat my name and online pickup info three times."

"I visit this location often and wanted to give it a 5 star review. The service is always great and very quick. They do an excellent job with modifications, (I go through the drive thru once a week and don’t think in the last two years I’ve ever received an incorrect order). The food is always great! 5 stars"

"I love their sandwiches. [updated on 11/11/2023] However, this CONTINUES to be the SLOWEST Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. This had improved for a while, but my most recent visit yesterday started out with an unintelligible greeting at the drive through, an excessively long wait (even by this store’s standards) even though there was only one car already at the pickup window) and a WRONG order (which we simply accepted vs waiting another 5-10 minutes for them to attempt to remake the correct sandwich). As stated in my previous review, be prepared to WAIT - for a LONG time. I can’t understand why other JJ stores, like like the Livonia location, can have your sandwich ready for you before you can walk from the cash register to the pickup counter! As noted before, that kind of signature JJ service is clearly not a priority to either the franchise owner, the manager, the employees- or all of the above. Hopefully this will improve someday. For JJ’s in general, in terms of value for your dollar goes, their pricing is on the high side - but their product (especially the bread) is top notch. One improvement since my last review: Every order has had fresh bread on it!"

"We have come to this location repeatedly to find it closed around 6 or 7pm. Power is on and we see workers inside. Not sure what is going on here but disappointing."

"I made an order online(Uber eats) , they told me it's ready to pick up. I arrived there waited in drive through then we all figured that the location is CLOSED. I never put a 1 star but this is so unprofessional"
