"The staff was friendly and ready to help. I needed to go back to the counter after ordering to ask for something and the staff behind the counter were very attentive to my needs. The facility is clean and the food seemed fresh."

"It's 230pm on a Monday afternoon. The place is filthy. They are not restocked on most choices. It is just plain dirty in the dining area. The windows, the walls, the floor, the tables... dirty. It's a mess behind the counter, filthy in the grill area and service counter."

"Extremely rude staff working the register. Place was very dirty. Floors and counters were gross. My wife had to pay for a triple portion just to get the normal due to the employee only giving half spoons of food. Absolutely ridiculous. Family that walked in behind her actually said "this place is dirty let's go somewhere else." They had the right idea. They also didn't finish my sons meal which we didn't see until she got home. It's sad to see some places where Customer Service is gone and employees act like we should be thankful they are taking a minute to put the food together. Yes, the person behind the counter did say a word and when my wife asked what comes with the kids meal, they just mumbled and rolled there eyes. The more I type about this the more frustrated I get. Don't eat here."

"This visit was a disappointment. I arrived at 8:48pm and the employees were already closing down. The only other customers were two delivery drivers retrieving orders. The restaurant was very dirty and didn't look like it would pass a health inspection. The employees were very distracted talking to each other, which would explain the mess. I was served by an employee who was friendly. She did seem annoyed when I asked for lettuce. There was none on the line and she wasn't going to get some. The chicken tasted like they forgot to scrape the grill in-between batches of meat. The rice, cheese, and sour cream were ok. I should've known that this restaurant had some issues, when I drove by Panda Express and their lobby was full, and no one in Chipotle. I can't recommend this restaurant until management gets this restaurant in order."

"The guy didn't ask how much chili I wanted. He immediately poured one scoop full of red chili sauce without hesitating! I could barely eat my food. I just tried to eat as much as I could. I am full because of the drink that I had been drinking. Drinks section is almost empty. They have a limited edition Watermelon Limeade and informed them that it is out. They told us they cannot refill it because they are busy. All four drinks are not even 1/8 full. Outside tables are nasty. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to."
