"Horrible service, food was not as good as it use to be, people screaming profanity the whole time.We didn't realize until after but we were charged regular price for 2 kid meals. Waitress only brought drinks initially, a kitchen staff person brought our food I had to walk up to the bar to ask for my bill, my wife had to grab the to go containers. We don't eat out that often and were really looking forward to the Springfield Inn experience that we have had in the past, however was drastically different this time. Update, someone from Springfield Inn did reach out regarding our unpleasant experience."

"Awesome place for burgers! Classic dive bar feel which my wife and I love. We went today for lunch and everything was excellent. Service was was very quick and extremely friendly and the burgers were juicy and literally steaming hot off the grill. The fries were also very tasty and the separate condiment tray is great for you to control how much toppings you want on your burger. All this along with great prices on draft beer. Will definitely be back!"
