"Had a code for my daughter's school pictures.and sports pictures but says it is.non existent. Paid for school pics and she handed them the envelope with cash in it and never got pix. It has been several months and figured I would make another attempt a few weeks ago and still nothing. Sure wish I had the pictures"

"I moved out of the area for 10 years and have only been back a couple years. So most of my older child’s school photos were taken by another photographer and I can consistently say Brockway has always failed. I’ve never had any issues with any other school pictures until we moved back here and have no choice. This year they completely forgot some of my child’s pictures and I contacted their customer service right away. It has been 2 months and they have still never even responded. It is frustrating because of how much you have to pay. Be very careful if you choose to purchase your pictures through them and NEVER choose them willingly for anything other than the school photo"
