"Been here twice, the first time I had to literally wait 25 minutes to get my food and since I only had 30 mins for lunch, I had to shovel it down my throat on the way back to work, and it wasnt even peak lunch times. The second time, I went was today around 2pm and the inside of the restaurant was closed and it was drive thru only. We'll, I was pulling a trailer and could not go through the drive thru. What a joke!!! I will never be back to this location, it is pathetic. Please just close down, you're a disgrace to the brand"

"the drive through is always so slow and more than half the time the dining room isn't even open and there is rarely signage letting you know that. half the time they are cash only and it's always at rush hour for some reason. there shouldn't be this much inconvenience when I just want a quick lunch. went to the drive through at 330 they said "we're closed until 4". why??"

"I ordered a large chili with cheddar cheese through the mobile app. My container was only 1/4 full, the chili was cold, and no cheese. Had to be done intentionally. I tried calling but they don’t answer. It wasn’t the first time but it will be the last time here."

"I went there one night and it literally took almost an hour to get my food One of my burgers didn't even have all the ingredients on it it didn't have lettuce or the tomato the Dave's bacon classic then they also forgot my frosty I didn't even bother going back because the line was so long and it took so long my food would have been cold. And then of course when my roommate try to call them they never answer their phone"

"I can't get enough Wendy's, service and food is always good here guys. Thank you Wendy's and staff, so very much for being there to serve me when I need you the most; I will be continuing to rely on this Wendy's. Great place to eat, the food is worth coming back for.
