Little Caesars Pizza 630 Highland Avenue, Milford Charter Township, MI 48381

"So I decided to try LC since they had the lowest price. I ordered a basic deep dish pepperoni pizza carry out and was given a 15 minute timing for it to be ready. I arrived about 17 minutes after ordering and there was one guy there. There were no pizzas in the ready for pickup section so he asked my name. He said it will be 5 more minutes so I asked and learned that he just put it in the oven at the time it was supposed to already be ready. Hmm really? There was no seating in the store and then he was blaming it being late on someone else. So bottom Line is that it was 15 minutes late On an order that was supposed to ready in only 15 minutes. Then of course he made It sound like a positive that it was “hot right out of the oven”. I won’t be going back - there are too many other better options."

"Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks, while I'm waiting, another customer comes in and orders the same thing, and the highschooler behind the counter immediately gives it to him. I ask why the other customer didn't have to wait when I'd been standing there for 10 minutes already, and the child ignores me. After another 5 minutes, I ask for an ETA on my order, and the kid looks at me, scoffs, and says "I don't know another 5 minutes or something" it seriously took all the restraint in me not to launch over the counter and beat this little twerp into the floor. Finally get my order from another worker in the back (who was very kind and respectful), they forgot my sauce which I paid an extra 3 dollars for, but at this point I was too pissed and just left. Food was cold. Seriously don't go here unless you like being ignored by people who aren't even old enough to have their learners permit yet."

"Went here the evening of December 13th 2023. I have not had good service and the quality of the food has been sub par in the past at this location. This time; however, was different. The man who waited on me was very courteous, the pizza (for a hot n ready) was decent, and the store was much cleaner than it has been in a long time. Whatever they are doing different, please keep it up."

"The store must really hate making money. This is the second time I've made a review about this place. Worst Little Caesars I've ever had the displeasure of going to. This time they decided to cancel my $30 order through doordash. Last time I called the store to place my order. Was told to hold for a moment, and I did 20 mins. No one came on to tell me sorry we are busy. So while still on hold went up to the store and SUPPRISE not a single customer in store and 3 people in the back. I understand good help is hard to find, but at this point I'm convinced they hate making money. I won't be giving my money to this store ever again."

"This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to and I love LC more than most. I have made 6 visits to this location. Twice it was between 820-840 and they were closed. Even though the sign says 9. Two times I left because the wait was over 10 minutes for a hot and ready. The other 2 I got pizza after waiting 5-8 minutes. Avoid this location. I bought a new house and this is a huge drawback as I normally eat pizza a lot."
