"(9/4/23) Found this in my jalapeño ranch wrap. Was eating my sandwich, and felt something really hard to chew. My instinct was to take whatever it was out of my mouth, and so I did. Was very surprised to see this little piece of metal foil. I don’t know if it’s tin foil, or the top covering of a container. It was about the size of a penny, small, but I am sad that this happened. I really love jimmy johns, and I wouldn’t have expected this. I still wanted to finish my sandwich, but in order to feel safe, I pulled everything off and only ate the remaining bread. Yet I still felt scared while finishing the remaining bread. My only ideas as to how this happened are that the workers were rushing and careless when preparing the food. Time gets short, and things need to get done, but when dealing with food that people eat- I think it’s important to be careful."

"Jimmy Johns is usually a quick, easy go-to for my family. We stopped here on our way to Detroit for a weekend trip and the service was incredibly slow. They weren't busy (at least inside the restaurant wasn't, we were the only ones in there). Definitely not "freaky fast" and then they forgot to include my son's sub. My husband went up and they found it just sitting to the side. If you're good about checking your order and don't mind waiting, this is your place."

"*** Edit. As of today 4/5/22 I had the manager/owner personally call me to apologize and to get down to the bottom of why it happened. Kuddos to the customer service at this location!!! Great sandwiches however- you guys need to look at the produce you are putting on your sandwiches. Just went through the drive through and picked up a sandwich, got back to work and opened it up to eat it…. Old moldy gross lettuce! And I don’t have time to go back out and return it. PLEASE CHECK PRODUCE BEFORE PLACING IT ON A SANDWICH."

"It's ok, we ordered there 5 times in the last 3 weeks ( we do some renovations ) and 3 times it was great. One time the missed my avocado and one time the giant sandwiches was not cut ."
