"I thought I ordered a good salad bow but got a bunch of kale. Ratio of ingredients was completely off. 90% of the bowl is filled with kale/spinach... I always thought panera bread was the worst restaurant in terms of value for your money. But I was wrong. Sweetgreens beats panera by a large margin... Update - I gave it a couple of more chances and tried adding extra veggies of my choice by paying extra but the people who prepare the food just ignore the customisations. I ended up getting the same no matter how many extras I add to my order...."

"This is my favorite spot to get fresh warm salad bowel with a good portion. However the experience I had today ruined the whole experience. I went in the store at around 11AM on October 25. This petite black lady served my food. I ordered a crispy rice bowel and a southwest chicken fajita. Not only did she take forever to read the instructions of what ingredients go into the bowls, when she accidentally put regular chicken instead of blackened chicken into my crispy rice bowel, she asked if it’s ok? I said I prefer blacked chicken (I in fact ordered this specific item to get the blackened chicken). And she seemed deeply bothered and acted really sassy and said: next time you see it you should say something. Horrible customer service and not sure if I will go back. She also didn’t give me any receipt and didn’t ask if I want any bread"

"While their food is tasty, their customer service is horrible. Placed an online order they clearly shows Romain instead of kale picked up the order got home and saw nothing but kale in the bowl. When I called to report this you get an automated service that will text you about your customer service experience but you can’t actually get a person on the phone. Through text I was offered a $5 app credit on a $13 purchase they got thrown away."
