"I have tried to order food here multiple times, both in person and through delivery apps. In person, the staff is rude, the food takes forever, and you have a 50/50 chance of it being fresh. (Surprising considering the time it takes to receive). Ordering through a delivery app is even worse. I've had 2 orders outright canceled recently because no delivery driver is willing to wait an HOUR past the estimated pickup time to complete an order (understandably). I'm done giving chances to this poorly staffed, low quality joke of a restaurant."

"This is the closest wingstop to us which is a 20 minute drive. We put our order through and made the drive. Once we arrived, my husband went in to pick up our order and was told they didn't have it. After confirming we were in fact at the right location, their response was well we don't have any bread so we can't fulfill the order. This was after waiting the 60 minutes wait time and the twenty minute drive. This place has gone down hill and I recommend you take your business elsewhere."

"Placed a large take-out order for a football party. Placed an online order in the morning for a 5:30p pickup... they were swamped due to the football Sunday and had a lot of orders on the shelf that people hadn't come to pick up. I waited maybe 5 minutes past 5:30p and the order came out fresh, accurate and tasty. All the staff were pleasant and apologized for the wait (no big deal if you ask me!). They did a great job (despite a few bad reviews I read)."

"My baby wet through her clothes, so we stopped here bc it was cold outside and we needed a bathroom. The ladies running the show were so kind and cooing at my baby. I was super stressed and they just made the environment feel so welcoming. We only got fries (they came out quickly and were delicious!) but I'm so grateful to how kind and warm the workers were. Thank you so much. I will definitely visit again for a full order!!"

"Very rude cashier, I told her the name of my pickup and she just said "not ready" and walked away with an attitude. Every time I come here the food isn't ready on time and the employees are unfriendly. You're better off going across the street to Chilis if you want wings. She's not even wearing gloves and wiping her nose then touching the food again it's nasty. Cockroaches running around their kitchen and flys buzzing around in the lobby. Edit: My food is ready and instead of bagging it they're gossiping, hire some non-drugaddicts please."
