Five Guys

"I had 5 Guys for the first time a few day ago and the food was so fresh but I had the most pleasure of meeting a young lady named Kay! She greeted me with a smile, was very patient with me as I tried to decide what I wanted, and even gave me a suggestion for the type of milkshake she likes! Needless to say it was very delicious and I will be back! Good food and amazing customer service! Thank you for a great first time Ms Kay and the ones who made my food!"

"I went to five guys yesterday 1/15 with my friend and got something so simple and my order still wasn’t correct. I waited 14 minutes for a Hot dog and regular fries. The staff were rude and the staff that was rude recognized me from the past when I use to manage in the past. They didn’t greet any customers, no communication, the lobby was disgusting and it was just awkward. I haven’t stepped into five guys washtenaw in a while and when I come in, I didn’t have the best experience. The staff knew it was my food and it’s almost like they deliberately messed my food up on purpose. I won’t recommend my friends and family going to that location. Dave the district was just there on thursday 1/11 and to come in days later and I was treated like that and my food was insane. If I was a secret shopper I would have scored a O. It was that awful. You can tell the staff wasn’t happy and I wasn’t either. The girl at the register didn’t even greet me but it was her register and she was just standing there glaring at me. She knew exactly who I was. It was very awkward for me and not a good atmosphere. I shouldn’t be uncomfortable ordering dinner with my friend. Regardless of me not working at five guys anymore I should be able to come into any location and be treated well and I wasn’t. The little light skin girl with red braids in her hair who has been in five guys company was the one who was glaring and making it the most awkward. Who ever was on dress didn’t dress my food right, Whoever was on expo didn’t make sure all of my items were in the bag. It was just not okay. I hope it gets better but it looks like it hasn’t from how people are behaving."

"The food is great. A little expensive for burgers. Compares more to bar food, minus the bar. I'm allergic to mushrooms so I can't get "All the Way". I noted this to the cashier & he made sure the cooks were aware they needed to be careful about cross contamination. The free peanuts are a nice touch."

"The staff at this location are the nicest, most wonderful people! We just ate there and I don’t know their names but can’t say enough about them! Thank you! The burgers were good too!"

"Do you ever remember if Five Guys asks for how well to cook your burger? Me either, and who cares right? Well I care since they assumed we eat RAW MEAT. My husband and I came in and ordered like normal to a ton of staff standing chilling, only to get home, take one bite, and recoil gagging on his squishy raw burger. We tried calling all evening, to only ring and be hung up on purposely. We don’t live near the location to have been willing to take a 45 min drive back to Ann Arbor, and couldn’t be more disappointed. Incompetence at it’s finest, considering my burger was cooked fine. This review would never have happened, had someone just answered the phone! This wasn’t at the end of a shift or closing time. We’re talking a super slow Sunday with a full staff, standing around grimacing. $26 down the drain for wanting something quick but better than fast food *sigh*. NEVER will we be back, nor all the family and friends that live out there."
