"They have messed up my order multiple times. But this was the last time. They gave me the wrong slider even though I said big signature they gave me a chicken slider. The receipt was wrong. They gave me a watered down Dr pepper when I ordered a starry. The food was cold even though it wasn't busy. They sloppily threw it in the box. A worker was on her phone. They clearly need new management."

"This location has extremely long wait times for small orders, no matter day or night. Food is never correct, fries are always cold, and the prices have increased and they no longer offer additional toppings in your sliders. Pictured is a booming chicken sandwich without any sauce, and they charge extra for the sauce. Save your money and time and try somewhere else on Washtenaw."
