"We had been seated and nobody helped us for over 15 minutes, so we decided to leave. Before we could leave Katie grabbed us and asked to stay and give them another chance. She took such great care of us and was so attentive. The food was amazing and the service Katie provided was outstanding! We will come back for sure and I recommend you ask for Katie for your server!"
"There was a wait of around 15 min when we arrived, nothing too bad. Server was great, helped out a bunch when our receipt came out with extra charges. Food itself was very good. I myself ordered the reuben, I asked for extra sauerkraut, but they forgot it. Still tasted good though. Fries were also good. Jalapeño cheese curds were very tasty. Still reccomend, especially for large amounts of people."
"The waiter and hostess were great. Three of us came in right around 4:15, I don’t remember our waiter’s name, it started with an A and he had black hair. He was very pleasant and his service was excellent. Service was definitely 5 stars. I am only giving 2 stars for what I ordered. I had a the brisket handheld with the chips. Chips were great; but that sandwich not so much. It was very unfavorable, so bland I was very surprised to be disappointed. The boneless buffalo wings, pretzels, handheld spicy fried chicken sandwich, and Stuffed Fiocchetti were 4’s. A member of my party originally had her heart set on the Mac and cheese, when she ordered it; she was told they are out of sauce. Might or might not come back. I’m seriously not happy about that brisket."
