"How do you not put a Sausage on a sausage egg and cheese biscuit? They even asked em more then once and I said every time sauasage egg and cheese. This McDonald’s is horrible they will mess up your food 90% of the time and there’s clearly lack of management maybe don’t hire a bunch of autistic high schoolers that are high on something 24/7."

"Every once in a blue moon we come through and even though online says ranches are free, we were angerly addressed by the manager April tonight about only being able to receive ONE out of six of our ranches for the whole order and had to pay for the remaining 5 (we ordered a meal for 2 people). This violates Michigan Law and next time this happens I will be sending a recording of the transaction to the better business burro of Michigan, because BY LAW the customer MUST receive their items by the prices listed. I know this because I used to manage my own retail stores in the state. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again because aside from these every so often interactions have had decent experiences here. Other managers have been great, just can’t stand liars. "An employee bullied me when I ordered two number 9s, a number 9 large, an extra 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda. After this order he said “you’re already fat enough, do you really need all that food?”"

"I was going through an almost empty drive through, so it wasn’t busy at all. The woman taking my order (I think her name is laura) was mocking me and scoffing at me when I told her I needed a second to order. All I ordered was a simple small breakfast, so I don’t understand the reasoning behind the rudeness"

"My wife went through the drive thru, ordering her food plus specifically 2 sandwiches with no onions due to allergies. When she got the food, one sandwich was wide open in the bag, still having onions. When addressed, the lady at the drive thru window got snippy with my wife about it. Instead of giving us a new sandwich, they proceeded to take the old sandwich and scrape the onions off and give it back to us. ALLERGIES YOU IDIOTS!!! Most people don’t order things without something just because, there is usually a reason. Respect that, or don’t work in the service industry. We will never come back to this clown show ever again."
