"There was a double line, but they were moving quickly. Paying was quick and efficient, pulled up, and the charming young lady was moving like lighting, getting orders together. I was going to compliment the service then, but she looked like she didn't have the time."

"Waited at the speaker for about 2 minutes with no one in front of me. The person that helped me was very rude at the speaker. I placed a mobile order with basic things and no modifications. I didn’t receive anything close to my order and the food was mediocre at best. I also waited 20 minutes after being helped at the speaker. Awful awful awful"

"They only had one holiday pie left, and the ice cream and shake machine was down, but I was just grateful that they were still open about an hour before closing, after getting out of the hospital late at night on my way home. I forgot to get myself a drink, because I really wanted a shake, I was exhausted, and the person at the window didn't have an attitude like many do, and kindly added on a Dr. Pepper for me at the window. I really appreciated their kindness, after a really long day. I only gave 4 stars, because I really wanted a shake, but I understand that now that you close, and aren't open 24/7, it has to be cleaned sometime. Also, my boyfriend's chicken sandwich was ordered plain, but had pickles on it. It's a sensory thing with him, so we just pulled them off. Thank you for being kind. I really needed it."
