Papa Johns Pizza

"We placed our order with a time of ASAP. We got an email saying it would be ready between 6:11 and 6:21. Then we got a text at 5:50 saying it was in the oven. At 602 we got in text saying it was ready. I had some other food to pick up first so by the time I got there it was 6:35. There was a long line of people standing in the lobby waiting for their food. When I finally was able to speak to the cashier, I was told my order was not ready. I waited around for another 10 minutes before I finally asked if it had even been started. It had not. By the time I finally got it, it was an hour later than when they said it would be done. I asked them why I had received emails and texts telling me when my pizza would be done and that it was actually done, when it hadn't even been started. They said those are sent out automatically. What kind of badly design computer system does that? If you want your food ready at a specific time, do not order from this place! Also, this is not the first similar problem we have had here. But it will be the last as we will not come here anymore!"

"In all honesty, If I could give this place negative stars; I would. My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to pizza while I have been laid off from my job. We ordered and brought it home. My husband ate it and about 30 minutes later, he started getting sick. This morning I called and spoke to the general manger and politely requested a refund. The manager advised that unless we had gone to the hospital and the hospital specifically said it was the pizza that made him sick, they were unable to refund. Up to this point, we had relatively not bad stuff, but the service and the sickness has really turned me off from this place."

"The chicken was cold and not covered with the sauce. The garlic was not hard, and all my sauce was garlic. It's just a bad experience all around."

"Ordered 2 pizzas - Philly cheesesteak and cheesy alfredo stuffed crust. Received a pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza (stuffed crust). Cheese pizza had NO sauce and was literally just crust and cheese. Been on hold for over 30 minutes with the store to get this corrected. Horrible!!"
