Kazoopy's Pizza & Grinders Gull Rd.

"Let me tell you. Crazy . I just left. I ordered one hour in advance because I had just flown in to Lansing from vacation. Pulled in exactly an hour later. Ready to grab food and get home after a day of travel. Order had not even been started yet. Then it was like chaos. What i assume was the manager was totally out of control with the other workers. It was just like everybody yelling at one another. The people were friendly, but very chaotic. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. And what is most disappointing is not one nickel was offered to be taken off my bill. Not a coupon for a future pizza. Absolutely nothing but a half hearted apology. I don’t like to leave a review like this, but I guess that’s one visit and done for me."

"We ordered delivery and I specified on my order No tomato, which I have an severe allergy to. Our order arrived and we started to eat, I realized halfway through my sandwich that there was actually tomato on it. I called and spoke to Marcus, the kitchen manager, Who stated my entire order and admittedly was the one to add tomato to my grinder. He was not able to offer any sort of resolution except a future call from his boss, though he couldn't tell me when. Meantime, I've already used a second Epi-pen and threw away money. Very sub-standard customer service."

"Kazoopy’s (otherwise known as Frosty Boy), was fantastic. The service was quick since I had ordered online and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved my sandwich and I was happy to snag some ice cream too! I will come again!!!"

"If you can, recommend ordering from one of the other locations. The Gull Rd. store consistently does not have food ready when they promise it and then have poor customer service skills to address not having food done at the promised time. Based on other reviews, it seems like this doesn’t just happen to us every time, but others as well. Also not just a few minutes late which is completely understandable in the service industry, but 15-20 minutes overdue."

"Not much to complain about. Reasonable prices and the pizza was loaded! This was Tuscan style. Enough for leftovers for sure"
