"Ordered a pizza online for curbside pick up at a designated time. When I arrived, it was not even in the oven yet! No other cars in the parking lot the whole time I waited and no delivery cars coming or going. When they finally did bring my food out it was hot and good, but the customer service was atrocious! That food was ordered 2 hours before the pick-up time and no apology or explanation for my long wait was offered."

"First off we don't live anywhere near a pizza hut anymore so we stop when we can..... we are in love with their bread sticks and pan pizza... we even get a side of the seasoning (so good)....BUT...not at this one... when I ordered and asked for a side of the seasoning.... I was told NO (they can't do that).... we have stopped at pizza hut in 4 states and Noone has ever even questioned it..... but this lady bluntly said I "cant" do that...when I asked why (because I've never been told I couldn't buy extra seasoning on the side) she said WE DONT DO THAT.... when I asked if just a individual rule for this store she said no.... so I left (she seemed like she didn't want to be there) probably best not have her make my food...... we are now stopping at the one in battle creek I called and they said we can have the seasoning we want.....haha...when I asked her about what the other lady said...she started laughing and said (why would we not let people have seasoning) ...... I avoid anywhere people who don't want to be there...the food never is made correctly (from past experience)"
