"Horrible school !! If I could rate no stars I would !!! IT’s people on here saying it’s negative reviews ..what it really is all about is (favorites) .. the the teachers curse at your children because there is no way your child should be coming home repeating the curse words that they say , especially when u don’t curse around your child.. don’t trust your children around anyone at this school !! And the school director WILL NOT DO NOTHING about any complaints"
"I am really surprised to see such negative reviews here - I've had mostly good experiences with the teachers and always liked the manager. There was one teacher who really seemed like she didn't have the patience to be dealing with small children all day, but she is gone now. Even she was nice some of the time, and dealing with difficult people is a really important life lesson, especially for kids. My son loves his new teacher and talks about her all the time. The people leaving negative reviews sound like they're... of the high-maintenance sort..."
"If I could give this place a 0 or -0 I would. From the beginning it was a nightmare to communicate with the director (Laura Bivins). Their payment system is a mess. There is no way to track what is owed or paid. They did not have enough masks for the staff or children. Most if not all of the employees were rude and unfriendly. My child never had problems or showed any signs of anxiety at his previous daycare. He was terrified to go. He would scream and cry, begging me not to leave him there. He said his teachers were mean to him and forced him to sleep for a long time. When I inquired with the teachers, assistant director, and the director herself; they all said that in order to keep their license they had to offer naps. Okay. My son is 5 and hasn’t napped in a year. At his previous daycare they would allow him to color on his cot but this place flat out refused. They said he could have a book. What kind of place forces a child to sit on a cot for 2-3 hours with a book they cannot read? They told me I could watch the cameras through a third party app… is it recorded? If not I cannot sit there and watch the cameras while working. I never received daily reports of food intake or activities, nor was there artwork sent home. I never received any correspondence from the center in regards to attendance or absence. During mid winter break I went out of town, first day back I find out they removed him from being enrolled and would not enroll him again. We were at this horrid facility for less than 6 weeks. Although I’m grateful to be away from this place the lack of communication puts my employment at risk and I have to start the search for a new facility all over again. I will be reporting this facility to the state. This is not how daycares are ran."
"We LOVE Childtime. The teachers care for our three children like they are their own, and I am always impressed by all they are learning and have learned over the years. We were initially drawn to the infant room after a not so great experience elsewhere, and knew immediately that it was the right place with the right people for our infant daughter. We've come to love each of the classrooms our children have been in and can't imagine them anywhere else."
"Hands down office manager Laura Bivins is the most uprofessional person I have met. Three teachers wish I couldve taken them with us. But otherwise between rude snarky comments and loud abnoxious talking without regard your where your at. Horrible experience. And even after talking with ither there has never been an appology given. That is NOT any kind of role model for little kids. Glad we left."
