"I ordered 2 large pizzas on Sat Oct 21 at 5:24. I didn't receive the pizza until 6:51. Almost 1.5 hours after the order was placed. The driver didn't seem to care about how late it was. The app told me 40 minutes. Not 90 which is more than double. I called the store and it seems like they just let the phones ring. No answer. Makes me regret giving an 8 dollar tip for this service. Edit. Took me over a week to get a hold of someone at the store. They did give me a refund over a week later. Customer service sucked both at the store and corporate. They just don't answer calls or throw you around while on the phone."
"Recently my girlfriend and I have been ordering pizza from Pizza hut in Schoolcraft. 4 pizzas in the last 6 weeks. We really like the meatball, banana peppers and extra cheese pie. The manager is very helpful and we have been getting wonderful creations. This combination is delicious."
