"Very rude service. Sub ordered in the app and the money was deducted but the store didnt get it but it took the money. The store said they cant cant help with refunds even though he has an actual order number for the food. we didnt get the food. Was left to figure out how to get a refund. I will be looking to contact the manager. Not another penny of ours will go into that store. The one by Home Depot in plainwell."
"I want to give a big shout out to Dylan at the Plainwell, MI Subway. I spent 40 mins trying to place an order for 2 footlong subs, tonight and not getting the offers to apply on my order. Tt would not work. I was on my 5th time trying have my order apply the code when I decided to call the store. The young man was so nice. He took me order and said he would take care of it. I just needed to pay at the store when I picked it up. When I got there it was already. And get this. He is only 17 years old and attending one of the local high schools and the Votech Center. I would have thought that he was in his 20s on the phone, but when I arrived to pick up my order, I realized, he was very young. He handled every thing with great confidence, no excuses and was glad to give great customer service. Both his boss and his parents should be very proud to have a young man be able to take charge and and be so responsible. And to top it off, when we took our subs out of the bag at home, we found 2 cookies with a note that said, 'Sorry for troubles' -Dylan. Wow! This young man will go places in this world because he knows how to treat customers and get it right for them. I'm a teacher in the area, so I know when I see great character and work ethic! Thank you, Dylan. The best to you in your future endeavors."
"I order 4 subs online they are always out of multi grain bread. I was supposed to have black olives on my sub and didn't get them. One of the other sandwiches had hardly anything on it. When I called to ask about why I didn't have the right bread the lady that answered was short and snotty told her the bread was wrong and said they were out guess they need to make sure they order more so they don't run out all the time. Asked if they were out of black olives she said no but you can come pick up a side of them. I said I would rather have them on my sandwich when I picked it up, would rather not spend more money coming back to a place where you are treated like trash. This place needs to get their stuff together and get people that are more understanding that we are the customers. I understand people make mistakes but this happens all the time not just with my family."
"There's 4 people that you can see working. They made me feel like an inconvenience. I get that it's lunch time and they are trying to be fast. But while rushing people through they could at least smile and respond to the customer. Instead of making all kinds of inside jokes to the other staff. Will not return. If it's simply about the food, I did enjoy that."
