"To be honest, this store is always a joke. Every time I walk in there is MAYBE one person at the front - possibly one person in the ENTIRE store, I’ve seen a second staff member working MAYBE twice. I ordered Door Dash and couldn’t put a special request to have a small amount of Jalapeños on my sandwich, Door Dash stated “This store doesn’t take special requests and would like you to call if you have one!” I submitted the order and called for 17 minutes straight and not a single time did the phone ever get answered. I’m not surprised, but I’m over it. This store is a joke. It’s always dirty, so I never eat inside. I absolutely love Subway and get it often, but every time I go to this store, order for pickup from this store, or get delivery from this store, I’m sure to be disappointed. Considering this is a VERY ongoing issue, I truly believe this is a management problem."

"Garbage. I ordered delivery and they informed the Doordash driver they were out of steak. I called and a Mike answered very rude about it all. Couldn't bother to help me cancel it or anything. Just said cancel it through the app. He was not very helpful. Ended up just going to the other subway who was wayyyyyy more helpful. Screw this location and Mike. Also: their phone just rings and rings off the hook. Poor customer service."
