"Worse place to go if your kid is actually sick and u expect them to get seen in an appropriate amount of time, Doesnt matter if u make an appointment ahead of time because they always mess up the times/ days, Would of been faster to just drive the extra hour to a different hospital, and probaly more professional as well! If your child is extremely sick GO ELSEWHERE!"

"I've been waiting for a surgery for months. First time canceled because they failed to tell me that I had to be off a certain medication for two weeks before. I rescheduled. Then that was canceled because I was very sick with a cold. By this time, doctor is out of the country the date I wanted. Then I was out of town for the holidays. Finally get it rescheduled. Stopped my meds, got a driver, did the no food or drink after midnight. I get checked in and afterward grab a small cup of water. They then tell me b/c I drank the water I now have to wait three more hours to empty my stomach. Of course I was not waiting another three hours of not eating or drinking so I left. I just have one thing to say. According to health line they state: "Liquids typically leave your stomach quickly. For example, after you drink a glass of water, it’s estimated that only 50 percentTrusted Source of it will be left in your stomach after 10 minutes" That little bit of water would have been pretty well gone by the time I was prepped and ready for the anesthesia. For future reference, please be sure to tell the patient when they can't have food or drink, that it's absolutely imperative you have nothing to drink, not even a harmless cup of water. Ridiculous."

"Been going to HNJH for over six years now, 100% satisfied with everyone there that I've come in contact with. Dr Gill is my primary physician, she takes great care of both my wife and I. Currently going to the PT Dept to take care of a sore shoulder. After my initial consultation with Deb and follow up therapy with Krista, I'm very optimistic that my shoulder issues will be corrected very soon. This is a fantastic health care facility!!"

"Had an infected cyst on abdomen. Was being treated with antibiotics , but it got HUGE! went to ER Friday after thanksgiving last year (better late than never review). Was treated by Dr. Cutlip. The entire staff, nurses, doctor, were terrific. My only concern is the lack of privacy in the ER, there are only curtains separating the patients from one another and you can hear everything. otherwise, top notch little ER"

"Helen Joy Newberry hospital. I had an issue with a billing statement. Tried calling helpline with some results. Walked into the hospital the other day. Was able to actually “sit down” and talk with a very nice professional young lady, Lorna. With in a matter of minutes my billing statement was explained to me, payment made and I was completely satisfied! The hospital staff has always been excellent and now so my experience with the administrative side!"
