"Staff retention is needed with more engagement with interaction with the children and parents from all staff. I'm seeing a lot of sitting from certain staff with little interaction as parents come in or with children during playtime or activities. (Very few activities or weekly email program). Seems more of a regular babysitting job and not an after-school program in comparison to last school year."
