"Very quick to pass judgement and very unprofessional! We are new to the area and my son will be entering the 3rd grade. My son took the assessment test and was told we would be hearing back from the principal the next day. I had to call them twice the next day to know if he could attend the school or not. I wanted to know because that evening was a new family meeting which being new to the area would have been nice to attend. After my husband calling and talking to the Assistant principal I finally received a call back. I was told my son was aloud to attend the school but I needed to sign a written up behavior agreement because my son was seen as aggressive. I don't know what questions were asked during this "assessment" but for my son to be called aggressive and them to pass judgement of him before even meeting him is NOT catholic like to me at all. Why would I pay money to learn about God but them already have this presumption of my son. They didnt even try and call and ask my husband or I. We had suggested they call his principal from our old school. Our son has never been in trouble or even seen as an aggressive child. He is far from aggressive in fact we are always told how sweet and well mannered he is. SHAME on you all ASCS! Most importantly shame on the principal and assistant principal who are unprofessional and underqualified. Needless to say we have found a way better place for our family! I wish I could attach the email from the principal who didn't even have the decency to call me. It goes like so... Good evening Jessica. I know you and your husband were able to speak with Scott this evening, and I'm reaching out to schedule a meeting for next week to discuss Nolan's academic and behavioral plans to move forward with enrollment. Scott and I are available next Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Please let me know what is most convenient for you and your husband."
"I wish their is less than one star, because they don’t deserve this star. I was advised in this school from one of my friends who made 500$ out of me to bring in new families . We had our four kids in all Saints for one year and six months . I assure anyone that they were the worst one year and six months ever to our kids and us as parents. My first son was in eight grade who has ADHD and require to get special accommodations, their ex-vice president who is responsible on following up with these students didn’t move her finger to help him, plus he had very rude teachers, careless and very unprofessional . They never helped neither support him and on top of that they consistatly embarrassed him in front of his friends . The second school year one of my twin girls ( was in fourth grade ) has process disorder .... I kept begging the school for meeting to discuss her situation before the new school year starts but they didn’t even bother . Finally school year start end of August , it took them one month for them to accept meeting with me . I went to meet their ex-vice President ( Mrs. Fraser ) and from the first minute I entered her office she said I didn’t have time to read her doctor’s report, so I had to explain everything while she was righting the required accommodations needed. She said by the end of the day I will meet with her teachers and update them. After one month consisty watching my daughter coming home crying depressed , getting F’s I found out that none of the accommodations were applied. So I decided to email her teachers , their reply was apology because they had no clue about my daughter’s condition . The teachers promised to start helping her , she got help from the English and social teachers a lot but the science teacher was never helpful , heartless , every time she gives a test she posts power point for the kids to study on the parent portal with at least 50 pages , most of the time they are more than 50. Can you emagine a 9 year old girl with process disorder studying this much ? That’s without the loads homework’s everyday . In Late November finally the principle sends me an email checking on my daughter and requesting to meet, I thought their you go finally they are going to help. Met the principle and she promised to meet again before the Christmas vacation to confirm all the accommodations are applied and double check on her plan. Christmas vacation is done, we passed February and still didn’t hear from the principle . In March my daughter had a big science test , while she was studying with me at home she had a bad break down, I said that’s it we are done with this school. The amount of homework they give to the kids in daily bases is insane , every kid is required to put at least 3-4 hours of homework after school everyday after a long school day, their is absolutely no time for the kid to do anything else . Kids are not allowed to joke and they are very tuff on the kids even in lunchroom or recess time .when they get in trouble and the kids try to explain themselves they get accused of being disrespectful . The demerits are always passed on the most stupid stuff, they don’t pay attention on the serious behavior. After my daughter got deep depression due to the extreme pressure they applied on her we end up leaving the school in March/2018 and I know that multiple families left as well. If you care about your kids, don’t allow your kids to go through this and don’t burn your money. In the beginning they make everything looks so nice then later you will wake up on the night mare you are in. The amount of donations , all other school fees , and volunteering , personally it was waste of money and time . This school has absolutely nothing to do with being Catholic , we are Catholic family and we know what is Catholic means. We were very supportive to the school but our kids got support neither care. The principle is totally unqualified for her position, she doesn’t know how to solve problems, some teachers are really nice and caring but most of them are very unprofessional. VERY DISAPPOINTED"
"This is our first year at ASCS, we left another Catholic school because we felt ASCS had a lot more to offer. We are super pleased, it seems like a lot of parents complain about homework but I do not feel like it is too much, this way I can see what they are learning in class and it is a review for my son. Teachers are wonderful, smaller class size -we are so blessed. Thank you!"
"I have two boys, one in high school now and one almost all the way through their time at All Saints, and they are wonderful young men. I can't take so the credit, the teachers and staff at All Saints have helped shape them into the exemplary young men that they are today."
"Best school in the Canton area by far! Amazing teachers, very active parents. Love it!"
