"Make sure that you check your bag. I asked if everything was in. He said yes, & was not. 1/2 my order was left out. I called when I got home. They took my name and number down and said come back when convenient. I called before going there and they said sorry we don't keep information that long. It was 2 weeks. That's not the 1st time they didn't give all the items I paid for. There was so much missing this time is reasone why I called and complained. You'd think they would want to make their customers happy. I'll never go back to any toco bell ever again."

"So recently I have been experiencing hair in my food!!! The managers need to take sure their employees are wearing hair nets when handling food. One order I had literally 4 eye lashes 4 of them I was so disgusted and I couldn’t eat my food. Something needs to change"

"The potatoes that my wife and I added to our burritos were completely disgusting and not edible. They were so hard that it was hard to chew. Seemed like they were re-cooked several times. Some looked black. If we get food poisoning I will definitely be reporting it to health department and further action will be taken"
