She has cared for them since they were babies all the way up to preschool and the kids love her. She is Nice, sweet and genuine, and a good person to have helping to raise and lead these kids in their earliest part of their lives. They always know they have a familiar face to see each day, and what to expect and is expected of them. They are cared for very well as if they were part of her own family. She makes so many special efforts to make her home a great place for these kids and make them feel welcome and at home. What else do you say if you can’t be home with your kids every day this is a great person for the job. She is not just an employee that will watch them or try teach some standard format she fills the motherly role that these kids need at this time in their lives.
