"Nikki did an AMAZING job on my border Jack Milo. I always have issues that other groomers not trimming his hair down enough, and she listened to exactly what I wanted for his cut. He even got to pick out a bone after his appointment. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the Farmington Hills area! In and out in three hours- they texted me in 20 minutes before he was done."

"Today, November 30, 2023 at 8:00am I had a grooming appointment for my dog, Emma. She was being seen by a new groomer, Jules as Kayla moved on from the business. Recently there seems to be a big turnover in staff (groomers) at the West Bloomfield location . Today, I left home in plenty of time but ran into an incident at Orchard Lake and Maple which backed up traffic. Well, I made it to Orchard Lake and Northwestern Hwy at 8:12a., I was turning into the parking lot. We parked and when I let Emma out she immediately headed for the area where dogs relief themselves. This made me about 3 minutes past my grace period. Jules informed me that I was too late. I asked if she had another booking soon … as we waited over Emma’s 6 weeks to accommodate Jules schedule. She said no, but she has more booked. I saw where she’d called, but I was outside with my dog pooping and peeing in the grassy area of the parking lot. I’m a longtime customer with Scrubbers since 2016. I’m not an habitually late person. Technically since she’s being technical I was there within the grace period just outside. I waited over my usual 6 weeks to have Emma groomed to accommodate the change in groomers and the scheduling. I’ve been in the Beauty business for 30 plus years and I’ve never turned away a longtime customer for 3 minutes. I’m well aware of Scrubbers policies but there is a such thing as common sense. Now, I’m looking for a new place to have Emma groomed. She is a 4 year old mini-golden doodle under 20 pounds. She a sweet dog that love to give kisses. We live in West Bloomfield and we are regular customers. Emma is a well kept and healthy dog. I guess Scrubbers and Jules can take us or leave us; as a longtime customer I do not feel valued. Although the use of my dog’s (Emma’s) picture has driven over 51,000 views to your business- this is the treatment I received from this business. You're good with Scrubbers until you’re NOT. No customer Loyalty. I formally request that you remove my dog’s picture from your website as of 11/30/2023. Her picture should not be used to attract anyone to your services at this time. PLEASE REMOVE HER PICTURE‼️ I’m new to Jules but not to Scrubbers. So I’m not returning. Bye Scrubbers. OLDER REVIEW: I’ve been taking our dogs to scrubbers since 2016. We first started out with self serve which was great! It’s a great time to bond with your dog and family. The prices are are reasonable and the dog food and doggie items they carry in the retail section is great also. Now that they’ve upgraded the professional groomer part it’s fantastic. I’ve seen some fabulous looking dogs come out of Scrubbers including mine."

"For over 2 years I have my Maddie groomed monthly at Scrubbers. We have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy but the true testament is from my Maddie who runs with joy to the door to get in as opposed to her being scared or trying to leave. "They take such good care of my boy, and he was groomed exactly like I asked. Being a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, he gets really curly and tangly quickly. I like to have him trimmed really short, no fluff, and they nail it! I also love being able to book in Royal Oak, if I'm on that side of town."
