"I didn’t go inside, went through the drive through. The fries are average, pretty good. But the burgers are amazing. New favorite burger stop."
"Nice little spot! If you find yourself stuck in Michigan and looking for something to eat, skip McDonalds and stop here. Nice little burgers. Good fries. Pepsi products on tap. What else could you ask for. The burgers are not giant but they are good. Prices are very reasonable. So, if for some unfortunate reason you find yourself in this state, stop by this place & show some love."
"The ONLY reason they don't get 5 stars is because of the outrageous prices they have for a simple brown bag. You are paying upwards from $10-$12!for one now-a+days. Anybody that's grown up in this area knows and loves Henry's double cheeseburgers. So greasy and so good! Lol, But they get their beef patties from Gordon s(which is fine) but a case of like 100 is only $35-$45. And they've made their money back just selling 5 brown bags. The rest is profit. I truly believe if they've seen a decline in business it is 100% because of the prices. Come back down out of the clouds and get them brown bags lovers to start coming back more often. There is no reason under God's green earth they can't charge shoot even 5.99 for the brown bag is making him a profit. He must pay himself like a 150,000/yr salary, and his employee"
"Founded in 1954, there was a Henry's in Detroit on Greenfield by Plymouth. It was my first regular drive in burger joint experience that I fondly remember growing up as a child in the fifties. Sadly, there is only one left in the country but fortunately it's on my way home from Chicago. With cherished memories as my guide, I stopped there to rekindle the days of my youth as a smiling hamburger on the signage welcomed me back. The emotional rollercoaster of reliving my past derailed when I ordered a double Henry burger that reminded me of the political hamburger wars of "where's the beef,? " The beef patties were less than 3 inches in width and about an 1/8 inch thick each. The cost was about 4.24. It tasted good with pickles, onion , ketchup and mustard but wasn't satisfying. At least I checked it off my bucket list."
