"I was there for my morning coffee and snacking bacon the bacon was so fresh and crispy I love the way they make it. Sweet employees ask me too wait for the coffee because they last one was expire well nothing is bad when u get fresh coffee in the morning they made my day"

"Terrible customer service. We search out Dunkin Donuts when traveling and were so happy this morning to find a store. We went in only to be completely ignored and we were the only customers in the place. I would NEVER go back here when traveling to the west side of the state (which we do very often). The man working spoke in a foreign language (which is completely fine) but didn’t acknowledge me for at least 10 mins- that’s when I should have left. Once he came to the register he just looked at me; no welcome, no hello…nothing. I felt as if I was putting him out ordering a coffee at 7:30am. So you’re self a favor and keep going up to the next exit. Side note- the place was filthy. Who knows when the last time it was cleaned."

"Most disgusting attitudes from employees. The woman who took our order seemed very inconvenienced and would leave while we were ordering. I watched the woman handle my food without any gloves, a health code violation. They messed up our sandwich order and refused to take responsibility. The man she was working with put the bag in our face with attitude refusing to fix their mistake. Please, go anywhere other than this Dunkin’."

"Worst customer service I have experienced from the two workers. To start, we were rushed as we ordered as she would turn away a when I’m talking to her, give me a snobby look and ask me to keep talking. After my friend had explicitly ordered a sandwich on a bagel the girl handed out a croissant and insisted that she was right and “she knew what she heard” and refused to make it on the bagel. While we sat and ate our wrong orders, the two workers would look and us and speak in a different language, straight bullying. Felt like a fat kid in gym class."

"We came in late evening , jonesing for some munchkins and was greeted warmly by two gentlemen. They were very accommodating and offered recommendations. The coffee was hot and donuts delicious. Our experience was nothing but positive."
