"Idk what about this location is so bad but out of all the fast food in town , this McDonald's is the only one that consistently gets our orders wrong and consistently has extremely rude staff. I think it's because of the new owners? It was never this bad. Everyone has to work and if your employees hate it so much there perhaps they should just go find a new job or something. You don't have to love your job but could you not take your misery out on everyone else?"

"Worst experience I've ever had in there. Waited over 30 minutes for our food, and had to track down a manager to even get it. Our food came out very cold. They were very rude and seemed to really only care about the drive through getting food."

"Went in earlier, asked for no onion on my McDouble, I check, I see onion on the top, no big deal, it happens sometimes, I can just scrap it off. Nope. For some reason, it’s littered with onions in between the two patties too!! So I’m just picking onion out of cheese which I shouldn’t be. Onion goes on top of the sandwich. It’s fortunate I was trying to make a mcgangbang and was able to get eyes on the hidden onions. It’s like they heard I didn’t want onion, and said yeah okay, we’re gonna load this up. Picture is with like half the onions already removed. I don’t know if it’s an individual working there that is adding a “signature” touch but the way I see it, I asked for no onion, got it, and the sandwich was also made wrong. Every sandwich leaving should be identical to eachother unless requested otherwise by the customer.. No one likes surprises with their food. Sandwich tossed because there’s too much to pick through and even if I got it all off, with how much was on the sandwich.. I already knew the taste was gonna be in the meat, cheese and bread even if all removed."

"I would give this location a big fat zero if I could. Sat in line for 20 minutes. People sitting waiting to even pay. Not sure if they were down people or what, but everyone was throwing their hands up in the air & honking horns. Not sure what their deal is with this location, but would have been faster and better had I drove 20 minutes to Potterville. I WILL NEVER USE THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION AGAIN! Left without getting my food. Thanks for nothing."

"We got here at 10pm and ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich; 4a, the burgers were old and burned and the chicken sandwich, which is just a chicken patty and some pickles didn’t have the pickles…so we asked them to remedy the situation and when we got the new meal the chicken sandwich had been dipped and drenched in oil, dripping with it. They act like they don’t need to work hard for their money like everybody else and the people who actually do work and do their jobs correctly just want a decent meal at the end of a hard day. Very condescending and rude people."
