"The server we had was knowledgeable, and observant. The restaurant is medium size and has plenty of seating. Great for large groups, or small groups. This restaurant has been a part of Mt pleasant for many years thank you for your long term commitment serving your community!! I rated you guys 4/5 because there's always room for improvement."

"The waitstaff are friendly and attentive. My food this time was just ok. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and two steak tacos. The salad was overwhelmed by green pepper and onion and there was maybe a quarter cup of shredded lettuce buried beneath. I let my waitress know and she brought additional lettuce to add. Very kind!"

"The food was good, service was okay. Had to ask to have refills after getting someone’s attention. Appears they are short staffed and training so appreciate the efforts and we enjoyed the tasty food."

"As a person who spends most of his time in a kitchen making food it makes me very happy to come eat at a place like this. The food is delicious very authentic and good portions for the amount of money you're spending. Very friendly staff out of the Mexican restaurant in this town there really is no competition I believe they have the best Mexican food. Thanks for a delicious meal I can't wait to come back tell then I'll be dreaming of tacos from Los palominos."

"All Mexican Restaurants are different and claim to be authentic. This one was close and that is the reason for the 4 stars but my whole experience should have rated it lower. After waiting too long to be seated it just seemed like we were treated like one of those guests that come in too late and they would rather go home. Waitress was cold and place was dark. My wife has to use her phone to read the menu. The restaurant seemed clean and it had some business. The margaritas were strong and too sour for our taste and it took a long time to get our order. Just an over all vibe they were not happy for our business The food finally arrived and I was a little let down on the quantity as my burrito was small. The taste was authentic but not that “wow” taste I was hoping for as Mexican food is my favorite. I was not let down as it did have a good flavor and worth eating. I was let down as the waitress could have offered us another Margarita but failed to do that or even ask us if we wished for desert. A word of advise to your business is up sell... teach your waitress this gets there tip bigger and your sales higher... I probably would have had another. So 4 stars which is good in my book for the food"
